Dr. Datta A. Pathrikar is the Founder President of Nirmal Krida and Samaj Prabodhan Trust, Badnapur. A distinguished academician and renowned sports personality of the Marathwada region, he has made significant contributions to the fields of education and sports throughout his illustrious career.

Dr. Pathrikar served as Professor and Head of Physical Education at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), for many years. During his tenure, he held several key positions in the university administration, including Member of the Management Council, Academic Council, and Senate. He also contributed extensively as a member of various government committees related to education, sports, and youth development.

In recognition of his outstanding service to the field of education, the Government of Maharashtra conferred upon him the prestigious Ideal Teacher Award in the year 2000.

Coming from a rural background, Dr. Pathrikar personally experienced the challenges and limitations associated with access to quality education in rural areas. His deep understanding of the transformative power of education, coupled with his commitment to social development, inspired him to establish an educational campus in Badnapur. His vision was to provide quality higher education opportunities to students from rural and economically disadvantaged communities and to contribute meaningfully to their academic, professional, and personal growth.
