Admission Process
College has established student centric admission process. This facility reduces the time consuming process like registration, form filling and fees payment. The first step in this process includes student counselling and includes the following steps.

This processes reduces the time consumption during the admission, it also curtail the burden of admission on students and parents too. Process of counselling helps students to clear the doubts regarding future prospects of the selected subjects. Registration process is also smoothened by use of computer and software, next step include fee payment which is done by two methods cash payment and online payment. At next point student will get I-card and get details for scholarship form filling at government web site. At last student can join the whatsApp group to avail the notices and information related to college.
Admissions:
- All admission procedures and fee structure will be as per the guidelinesof the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
- Admissions are provisional until all the necessary documents (like Original Mark sheets, attested copy of Mark sheets, Original Leaving Certificate, attested copy of Leaving Certificate, Eligibility and Transfer Certificates (wher-ever applicable) photographs etc. are submitted to the college office, verified and endorsed.
- On securing admission every student shall obtain an Identity card and a Library Card. No student shall be permit-ted to enter the college premises without a valid Identity card. Every student shall daily wear his/her Identity Card while being present in the college premises.
- Cancellation of admissions will be done as per the norms of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. If no intimation regarding cancellation of admission is received by the Principal in writing till the beginning of the Second Term, the full fees for the Second Term will be charged.
General Instruction:
For smooth conduct of academic and administrative activities, students and parents are requested to cooperate and follow the instructions/ rules and regulations of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and the college which are as follows.
Attendance:
- Students shall attend Lectures, Tutorials, Practical, Seminars, Viva, Presentations and Examinations as per the timetable of the college.
- 75% attendance for theory classes and practical is compulsory.
- Performance of students throughout the year will be monitored and if found necessary, will be reported to parents
Use of Unfair Means:
A student found to have used Unfair Means in the examination will be dealt with as per the provisions laid down under Section 7 of the Maharashtra Act No. XXXI of 1992. The said Act empowers the Chief Conductor/Senior Supervisors at the Examination to report the offence committed by any student to the police, if necessary.
Code of Conduct:
The conduct of students in the college shall be such that it will not interfere with the orderly administration and discipline in the college, or cause any disturbances to fellow students.
Students are expected to come to the college decently attired. If a student’s dress, in the opinion of the Principal and staff members, is indecent and is detrimental to the best interests of the college, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken against such a student.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and around the campus and is punishable under law as per the Supreme Court decision. Any official information related to college will be released to Media only with the prior information to the college authorities.
Any external interference in college functioning and administration will not be permitted.
Students are expected to take care of the college property and to help in keeping the premises clean. Damage to the property of the college e.g. spitting, disfiguring walls, doors, breaking furniture, fittings, and glasses is a breach of discipline and will attract severe punishment. Matters not covered under the above mentioned instructions/rules and regulations shall rest with the discretion of the Principal.
Eligibility Criteria: The admission to the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) as per the stream passed by the students in 12th board examination.
In the academic year 2024-25 college is going to apply the New Education Policy (NEP) for all the streams of undergraduate.
