* Eligibility:
For admission to the first year of the diploma course in Pharmacy, the candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (Std. XII) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secaondary & Higher Secondary Education or any other examination declared by the said Board to be equivalent thereto, with & in (1) Physics, (2) Chemistry, (3) Biology / Mathematics & (4) English.
The duration of the course shall be for two academic years, with each academic year spread over a period of not less than one hundred and eighty working days in addition to minimum 500 hours Practical training spread over a period of not less than 3 months.
* Syllabus:
The Course of Study for Diploma in Pharmacy First year and Diploma in Pharmacy second year shall include the subjects as given in the Tables I and Tables II below. The number of hours devoted to each subject for its teaching in Theory and Practical, Shall not be less than that noted against it in column 3 and 4 of the table below.
